These adapters help eliminate the guess work by accommodating Shimano 24mm and SRAM/Truvativ 24/22mm cranks to virtually any Press Fit 30 bottom bracket bearins, including mountain bikes, 2x10 systems, narrow-shell road bikes, and road triples. Simply insert the adapters into the existing bearings then install your crankset as usual. Use the supplied spacers to adjust chainline or take up any side to side play.
